Kokoda fund-raiser
A KEYSBOROUGH couple tackling the Kokoda Trek and delivering supplies to schools along the way are fund-raising for their journey.
Mark and Julie Capper are holding a Trek 4 Education cocktail party, with drinks at RSL member prices, entertainment, guest speakers, and a ‘last man standing’ raffle ticket draw where every ticket wins.
The team will complete the trek from 7-21 September and welcomes more members.

Free nutrition advice
DANDENONG Market welcomes dietitian Yvonne Lin to its family, for hour-long sessions on key health topics and nutritional advice.
She’ll join resident chef Russell Bald at The Kitchen for Dietitian’s Corner on the third Tuesday of each month.
This month they’ll highlight low FODMAP foods for Irritable Bowel Syndrome Awareness Month.

Picnic in the park
DANDENONG West Primary School is holding a community picnic at Hemmings Park, weather permitting, for the school holidays.

Easter Bunny visits
DANDENONG Market visitors can meet the Easter Bunny as he hands out chocolate eggs to good boys and girls.

SPRINGVALE Garden Club’s guest speaker at its meeting this month is Sue Ewart.

Holidays at Heritage Hill
SCHOOL holiday program activities and workshops will celebrate the getting ’Back to Nature’ at Heritage Hill.

Waterway discovery ride
