A DANDENONG North man has been arrested after allegedly committing two arsons, one of which was more than two years ago.
The man was charged with burglary, theft and criminal damage after a house on First Avenue in Dandenong North was broken into, had items stolen, and set on fire.
The incident happened on 11 November.
Police said the man had also been connected to an arson crime committed at Menzies Avenue in Dandenong in June 2002.
The man was bailed to appear before Melbourne Magistrates’ Court for a file hearing which was due to take place yesterday.
