TURNING trash into treasure? That’s Artrageous!
And Artrageous is exactly what hit Springvale Library this week as part of the library’s school holiday festivities.
Parents and their children flocked to the library on Tuesday for a two-hour session with craft instructor Penny O’Neill.
Artrageous shows young children how to creatively use materials – some of it scraps – to craft a variety of items, including picture frames.
