Design-A-Plane for Anzac Day competition

DESIGN an exciting new jet plane for the chance to win a special visit and personally signed poster from the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Roulettes this month.
To celebrate Anzac Day, Star News Group, with assistance from John Filmer of the Dandenong Returned and Services League, is offering three lucky young readers the chance to have the Roulettes visit their school and present them with a personally signed poster.
The Roulettes have long been selected from the cream of Australia’s fighter pilot crop and often perform choreographed air acrobatics at special events, including fly-overs at Anzac Day celebrations across the state.
For your chance to win this amazing prize, muster your creativity and hand-draw a unique and original plane design, along with a 50 word explanation as to why your entry deserves to win.
Entries must be received no later than close of business on Friday, 21 April and winners will be announced in the Star on 27 April.
Entries will be judged in the areas of creativity, originality and presentation of the drawing.
Send entries via post to Star Anzac Day Competition, PO Box 9, Pakenham, VIC 3810, and include your name, age, address and daytime telephone number.
Conditions apply, see public notices.
