TINA Turner, Sammy Davis Junior, The Rolling Stones, and Robbie Williams will come to Dandenong next month as part of a photographic exhibition by a renowned press photographer.
The Walker Street Gallery will host a collection of works by photographer Bruce Postle featuring some of the world’s best entertainers.
Mr Postle’s pictures will tell the story of his career as a press photographer, with The Beatles, Dame Edna Everidge and Pavarotti other big names to feature in his folio.
City of Greater Dandenong visual and community arts coordinator Cathy van Ee said the exhibition would be a star attraction for the gallery.
“This is also a wonderful opportunity to meet Bruce Postle who will talk about his experiences in photographing the people and the arts,” she said.
The opening night will be Thursday, 2 February, with signed photographs of Bud Tingwell and Johnny O’Keefe to be auctioned for charity.
