THE City of Greater Dandenong will again hold a free Christmas concert for residents.
Headlining this year’s event will be the Scared Weird Little Guys, who will be supported by local acts such as Dandenong Youth Aria finalist and Victorian Opera star Jacqueline Porter, and hip hop dance acts Destruct and X-Static.
Mayor Youhorn Chea encouraged residents to take advantage of the free ticket offer for the 19 December event.
“Council is delighted to once again offer the community a free concert at the Drum Theatre,” he said.
“We hope people will take the opportunity to visit this wonderful venue of ours and experience the atmosphere free of charge.
“But this is sure to be one of the hottest tickets in town, so I urge people to register interest as soon as possible.”
Tickets are available through the Drum Theatre on 9771 6666.
Two tickets can be reserved per booking.
