A DANDENONG fire rescue unit was called into action after a pregnant woman flipped her car on to its roof near a Hallam playground on Good Friday.
The incident occurred about 5pm near the children’s play area on Saffron Drive.
Dandenong CFA’s rescue unit rushed to the scene with Hallam fire officials, who coordinated the incident, but were relieved to find the driver was not trapped in the car.
Firefighters said she required medical attention and was taken to hospital.
No-one else was injured in the crash.
