Springvale Country Fire Authority combined with Metropolitan Fire Brigade services in Mulgrave this week to combat a fire that engulfed a double-storey house. The fire started in the unoccupied house in Police Road about 10.15pm on Monday. Oakleigh and Brandon Park MFB units attended along with Springvale CFA.
