Police arrested a 43-year-old Keysborough man and 16-year-old Keysborough boy after investigating a stabbing at Parkmore Shopping Centre on 17 October at 4pm.
Police said the 16-year-old victim was taken to the Alfred Hospital with serious injuries after the stabbing.
Police are now looking for a third person believed to be connected to the incident.
