DANDENONG police are seeking assistance from the public in relation to the rape of a 17-year-old Dandenong woman last week.
The woman was walking along Robertson Street, Dandenong around 11pm on Sunday 26 October, when she was approached by a man in a silver Holden Commodore who offered her a lift home.
She accepted and was taken to Greaves Reserve, where she was raped and left at the location.
Police would like to speak to anyone who may have seen the driver of the silver Commodore.
He is described as Caucasian, solid build, short light coloured hair aged in his late twenties.
POLICE want to speak with a woman who caused a stir at Bras ‘n’ Things at the Parkmore Shopping Centre earlier this month.
The woman walked up to a staff member and told her it was a “hold up” around 2.30pm on 17 October.
She then demanded the staff member give her the keys on her lanyard, and when her request was refused the woman took the lanyard and the keys and left the store.
She is described as having an olive complexion, 165 centimetres tall, with a thin to medium build, with lots of facial wrinkles.
Those with information in relation to the above should contact Dandenong CIU on 9767 7460 or Crimestoppers 1800 333 000.
