DANDENONG’S Pack and Send is part of a greater network throughout Australia that has just been awarded runner-up at the International Franchise Awards.
The awards, held in Singapore last month, places Pack and Send as one of the top three franchises in the world.
Dandenong storeowner Godfrey Stewart said it was exciting to be a part of the team that won the award.
“Our local store definitely played a role in this award,” Mr Stewart said.
“There are over 90 stores Australia-wide, but we are not dragging our feet at Dandenong.”
To gain a place in the biggest and most prestigious awards in international franchising, Pack and Send triumphed over some of the largest franchises in the world as the only Australian representative.
“We never say no,” Mr Stewart said.
“We can send anything anywhere around the world.”
Pack and Send founder and CEO Michael Paul said that it was an honour to receive second place.
“It is such a privilege when we are up against the world’s best franchises,” Mr Paul said.
“It is a great opportunity to showcase our award winning business system and the ‘no limits’ services of our franchisees to international markets.”
