A WOMAN was robbed and threatened with a syringe at Keysborough last week.
Police said about 2.30pm on 6 October, the woman was walking along a pathway near a gymnasium when she was approached by a man.
He grabbed hold of her arm, produced a syringe, took her handbag and demanded money.
Police said the man stole money from the bag before dropping it and running off towards Cheltenham Road.
