Storyteller
ONE of Australia’s favourite storytellers Graeme Connors is performing live on stage with his legendary band in a two-hour performance celebrating 25 years since the release of his pioneering hit album North. Meditation retreat day
THE Open Door group is holding a winter meditation retreat day to connect people with their inner silence, stillness and movement led by Ellie Chatto.
Moving towards the winter solstice can be a period for inward reflection, rest and cultivating a sense of calm.
Paying attention to dreams is also associated with introspection and receptivity which provides participants with an opportunity to process them through creative activities and writing.

Home Here Now exhibition
HOME Here Now is an exhibition that aims to celebrate the vision and voices of now established Australian artists who arrived in Australia from another culture. Some of these artists arrived as refugees. Artists include Rubaba Haider, Kosar Majani, Khaled Sabsabi, Hossein Valamanesh, Guan Wei and Gosia Wlodarczak.

Relay for Life
THE City of Greater Dandenong’s 2015 Relay for Life is already in planning and the team is hoping to get new members to raise money for the Cancer Council.

Rock and roll dance class

KEYSBOROUGH Learning Centre will host Rainbows for the Children of Australia’s after school program to help kids deal with life challenges such as death and divorce.

Ballroom dancing
JOIN in the social mixed styles of ballroom dancing at the Burden Park Bowling Club.
There is ballroom dancing every Monday from 6.30pm to 10pm, and every fifth Saturday there is dancing from 1pm to 5pm and ballroom from 8pm to 11pm.
