Tai Chi Qi Gong

Tai chi can prevent or ease many illnesses that come with aging.

The gentle exercise can help people to maintain strength, flexibility and balance.

All fitness levels are welcome and no special equipment is required – just comfy clothes and shoes.

Suburban Melbourne landscapes inspired this series of paintings by artist Hans Schiebold.

Tradition Split

Graham Dean and Kristie Keogh make up the No Pressure Artists Collaborative.

Dean is a self-taught contemporary artist and Keogh uses a range of media to explore her Koori heritage.

Family fun at the library

Children and their carers can enjoy Lego, chess, puzzles and games.

Playing games together can improve literacy, numeracy, spatial awareness, socially appropriate behaviour and fair play.
