Drugs seized from ‘dangerous’ driver

A man has been charged after drugs seized were from an erratically driven car in Dandenong, police say.

Dandenong Frontline Tactical Unit intercepted the car about 7pm on Wednesday 23 October.

The 28-year-old driver from Narre Warren was found to be in possession of cannabis and methylamphetamine, according to police.

He was charged with reckless conduct endangering serious injury, dangerous driving, possessing methylamphetamine, possessing cannabis and resisting arrest.

Police bailed the man to appear at Dandenong Magistrates’ Court on 13 December.
