Health and Community Services Union assistant state secretary Paul Healey led mental health workers in a stopwork protest at Dandenong Hospital last Thursday. The protest was part of rolling stoppages at hospitals across the state. Mr Healey said workers wanted a 16 percent pay rise over three years and increased staffing for night duty and in the high-dependency unit. The union and the government were set to lock horns at Fair Work Australia the next day. Picture: Lucy Di Paolo
