Cr Roz Blades is appealing for the Keysborough resident who called about helping to celebrate his 100th birthday to get back in touch.
She said the man, who she believes to be Alby Gonza of Kingsclere Avenue, called but left the wrong phone number. Cr Blades can be contacted on 9701 5821.
