THOSE looking for something to entertain the kids these school holidays can head down to Dandenong Market on Friday, 22 and Saturday, 23 September from 9am to 2pm.
All the farmyard favourites will be there and children will be able to cuddle, pat and feed the cow, rabbits, guinea pigs and chooks. Not only that, but parents can keep the memory alive with a photograph.
It costs just $2 to have a child’s photograph taken with their favourite furry friend between 10am and 1pm each day.
Dandenong Market offers much more than just fresh fruit and vegetables.
While at the market, why not browse the aisles and discover the wide range of merchandise on offer.
Those needing assistance with locating a specific stallholder can come to the market office (located above the toilet block) and the friendly staff in market management will be pleased to help.
Dandenong Market is on the corner of Clow and Cleeland Streets, Dandenong and is open every Tuesday, Friday and Saturday (except public holidays).
