COMMUNITY connections were at the core of celebrations at Dandenong Park on 26 January.
The Greater Dandenong Australia Day Festival in the Park featured live music, dance, performers, market stalls and more and brought together residents from a diverse range of cultures.
The free festivities revolved around the theme ‘a celebration of our community and the things we have in common’.
Noble Park RSL celebrated the nation’s day by raising the Australian flag and playing the national anthem at noon on Sunday, with refreshments and live entertainment following.
