Awards dinner for retailers

THE Dandenong Retail Trader’s Association (DRTA) Business Awards Dinner will honour the region’s top retailers.
Winners will be drawn from five categories: retailer with more than 10 employees, retailer with less than 10 employees, innovative retailer, retailer with excellence in store design and retailer that represents a culture.
The sixth category, the Central Dandenong retailer of the year, will be decided by a judging panel, and the winner will be entered into the Greater Dandenong Chamber of Commerce Premier Regional Business Awards.
Interested people are urged to buy their tickets soon for the DRTA annual meeting and Business Awards Dinner, to be held on 24 November at the Dandenong Club.
The special evening will feature a three-course dinner and guest speaker investment strategist Tony Crabb from Savills Australia.
Tickets are $60 per person. DRTA members receive one free ticket as part of their membership, but must make a booking for catering purposes.
