VICURBAN announced last week that a popular new neighbourhood in Dandenong will have a second release on 22 November.
Earlier this year, 25 per cent of lots were released and sold at Meridian, Kirkham Road, Dandenong South.
The neighbourhood has introduced a range of future innovations including streets lined with edible orchards, optical fibre-to-the-home, rain water harvesting and six-star energy-efficient homes.
Meridian’s second stage release will have 40 lots available ranging in size from 370 square metres to 456 square metres with prices.
Construction on the first houses has already begun and VicUrban’s development director for Meridian Peter Burke said anyone who wanted to be part of Meridian would need to register their interest early.
“Meridian has been created as a great place to live and socialise for generations to come and this has connected with so many people,” he said. “Life here will be special.”
VicUrban is also the developer for the Revitalising Central Dandenong initiative, in partnership with the City of Dandenong.
In the coming years, Meridian residents are expected to have access to a renewed and vibrant city for all shopping lifestyle, business and community service needs.
