A SPRINGVALE man has been charged with murder after the death of a man in Rushworth, in northern Victoria. Thy Sok, 37, was arrested in St Johns Avenue, Springvale, just before 9am on Friday and charged with murder.He was remanded in custody to appear at the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday 27 April.
