DANDENONG Hospital’s Play Education Department received a $2500 cheque yesterday towards the cost of an outdoor play area in the children’s ward.
Allen Garb, proprietor of the Good Guys Dandenong raised the money at a recent charity golf day held at Cranbourne golf course.
He said that the Good Guys Dandenong hoped to raise $27,000 for the hospital by the end of June by donating 20 cents from every transaction at the store as well as hosting events.
