Breakfast and kids activities are free between 8.30am and 10.30am.
Next pop into the Australia Day awards at the Drum Theatre at Dandenong Town Hall for the awards and a citizenship ceremony from 10.30am to noon.
The main attraction of the day will be the Australia Day Concert in the Park, corner Pultney and Foster streets Dandenong, kicking off at noon with a free sausage sizzle.
The concert will feature Australian bush band Shenanigans and Latin band Cacique.
It will be a star-studded event with Australia Day ambassador Jane Clifton and Mix 101.1’s Stick Mareebo as MC, as well as a fly-over by the RAAF Roulettes.
And those who have any party left in them can head down to the Noble Park RSL, 1128 Heatherton Road, Dandenong, which will have free activities all day.
