Road rage in Dandenong

A man clung to a car bonnet for a kilometre-long ride in Dandenong during a road rage incident last Saturday week.

Police say the 51-year-old Beaconsfield man held on while the car travelled up to 25 km/h from the Webster Street-Princes Highway intersection at 12.40pm until the driver pulled into Dandenong police station.

The driver, a 34-year-old Dandenong man, was in his car with his wife and two preschool-aged children.

One of the occupants filmed the scene on their smartphone and a call to triple-0 was also made from the car.
