Police probe drug lab

POLICE who raided a Dandenong unit last week say they found evidence of a dismantled clandestine drug laboratory in a bath tub and garage.
Four men and a woman were arrested after police from the Dandenong and Sarazan tasking units executed a search warrant on an Olive Road property at 10.20pm on Tuesday 26 February.
They seized property suspected of being stolen from burglaries and about 18 grams of amphetamines.
All five people lived at the unit and are aged in their 20s and early 30s.
Three men and a woman were charged with handling stolen goods and released on bail.
The fifth person, Vaughan West, 29, was charged with burglary and theft offences and remanded in custody to appear in the Dandenong Magistrates’ Court this month.
The tasking unit is still investigating ownership of the dismantled clandestine laboratory.
