Dandenong police arrested two people after a car crashed into a Springvale home.
It’s alleged that police tried to intercept a vehicle on Kemp Street on Saturday 24 February but the driver failed to stop.
Police did not initiate a pursuit, and the vehicle was found crashed into the site of an Audrey Street house just before 12.30am.
The driver fled the scene but police arrested him on nearby Davidson Street, and they arrested his female passenger at the scene.
Police charged a 35-year-old Noble Park man with reckless conduct endangering life, driving in a dangerous manner, failing to stop, dangerous driving, unlicensed driving and other traffic-related offences.
He was bailed to appear at Dandenong Magistrates’ Court on Thursday 3 May.
Police interviewed a 27-year-old Noble Park woman and released her pending further inquiries.
