POLICE are seeking information about two fires on Police Road, Springvale, on 9 November that they believe are linked.
Police said a fire was deliberately lit inside an unoccupied Caltex service station around 6.15am, causing considerable damage and that around the same time a rubbish bin was found alight nearby. They wish to speak to a man seen in the area.
He is described as about 40 years old, Caucasian appearance, of thin build, 180cm tall, with short brown hair and wearing dark clothing.
