A 19-YEAR-OLD Doveton man died on Easter Saturday after being thrown from his motorcycle.
The crash happened at the intersection of Boundary and Governor Roads in Braeside on Saturday morning shortly before 5am and the man died at the scene.
A 19-year-old Carrum Downs man, also on the motorcycle, sustained serious, but non-life threatening injuries in the accident and was rushed to The Alfred hospital.
A report will be prepared for the State Coroner.
