POLICE have released an image of a man they want to speak to regarding the indecent assault of a 17-year-old girl in Dandenong North in November.
Early this month police told Star that at 3.45pm on Tuesday 27 November the girl was seated on a bus travelling along Gladstone Road in Dandenong North when a man sitting behind her reached around the seat and touched her breast several times.
The girl then left the bus at the same location as the man, who followed her and tried to hold her hand and asked her to kiss him.
Police are now appealing to the community to help track down the man so they can speak to him.
This week detectives from Greater Dandenong Crime Investigation Unit released an image of a man they believe can help with the investigation in the hope that someone can identify or help locate him.
He is described as aged in his 20s, 182cm and of Indian appearance. Police believe he was ‘simple-minded’ and had a slim build.
