DANDENONG detectives have charged a 33-year-old Heathcote man with 10 counts of burglary and seven counts of theft.
Detective Acting Sergeant Dean Hayes said police believed the man was targeting residential houses in the Dandenong area, stealing jewellery, phones and cameras.
He was remanded in custody to face the Dandenong Magistrates Court on 30 April 2009.
