A SELECTION of work by artists from the Eastern Region Mental Health Association is on display at Heritage Hill Museum and Historic Gardens.
The exhibition entitled Mindscape, which will run until 10 December, features works from up to 25 members of the association’s day program called Aspirations.
Aspirations, in partnership with Arts Access, provides people in Greater Dandenong, who are living with a mental illness, the opportunity to express themselves creatively through art.
Heritage Hill’s public program and exhibition officer Angela Costigan said the exhibition featured a variety of works in different mediums.
“The artists have been working on the exhibition for the past 12 months and the works were inspired by the artists’ own experiences,” she said.
