PAUL Di-Masi is set to step down from the top job at South East Local Learning and Employment Network.
Mr Di-Masi has resigned from his role to take on a new challenge in another sector – the Community Planning and Engagement Manager for Port Phillip Housing Association.
Mr Di-Masi was employed as the foundation CEO of South East LLEN in April 2001 and has since built the organisation from its inception.
He said during the past eight years as CEO he particularly recalled facilitating a 23-member pilot VCAL oversight group and the Search Conference in 2004.
Mr Di-Masi said he wished South East LLEN all the best in the new, emerging education and training policy environment.
“I leave for my role confident that the South East LLEN is strong, in the best hands and ready to face the new challenges head-on,” he said.
His initial task at Port Phillip Housing Association is managing the community engagement process for an innovative new social housing project in Ashwood-Chadstone.
