Property team has the goods

REALTORS at Noble Park Barry Plant are hot property.
The team, which seems to be in high demand with local renters and buyers, have swooped up a heap of awards during the Barry Plant Group’s Awards of Excellence at The Palladium at Crown Towers last week.
The awards marked the achievements of 79 office networks from across the state.
The Noble Park office proved to be a strong and dedicated team, picking up several awards including Outstanding Marketing Co-ordinator, Property Management Department Manager of the Year, and the Outstanding Office of the Year, which was based on sales performance, training and implementation of systems and customer and client feedback.
Barry Plant Group Director and Chief Executive Officer Mike McCarthy said the Awards Night was designed to recognise the outstanding contribution and success of individuals within the company regardless of whether their area of expertise lay in sales, property management or administration
Mr McCarthy said the team at Noble Park had impressive results.
“From our point of view, their performance is absolutely outstanding. They are competing against suburbs with higher property prices and to achieve the results they did is amazing,” he said.
“It’s a real reflection of the directors Cameron Davison and Tim Stickley. They focus on training and developing people.”
