POLICE are seeking witnesses to a verbal altercation between a young teenager and an elderly man in Dandenong on 27 December from 6pm to 6.30pm.
The incident occurred on the corner of Scott Street and Robinson Street and police believe a small silver Mitsubishi sedan was involved.
