Thrown to the Sharks

THE next hurdle for South Springvale kicks off on Tuesday evening.
The FFA Cup’s Round of 16 competition takes the Aris boys from Warner Reserve all the way to Queensland as they go up against Palm Beach Sharks.
The form side of the NPLQ competition, Palm Beach Sharks won its way through to the NPL Finals after winning their own state competition and will be a considerable hurdle for South Springvale to defeat.
After a come-from-behind victory over South Cardiff in the Round of 32, South Springvale is the lowest ranked team remaining in the single-elimination tournament.
Aris finished their regular season in FFV’s State League 1 South East competition with a 0-3 loss to Malvern.
Highlights from South Springvale versus Palm Beach Sharks will be shown live on FOX SPORTS during the telecast of Sydney United versus Sydney FC on Tuesday night from 7.30pm.
