FOOTY has taken on a multicultural flavour in Harmony Square.
The Multicultural Children’s Festival on Saturday 3 October included football-themed activities and the AFL Grand Final on the big screen.
The Afghan Women’s Welfare Foundation and Friends of the Children Foundation put on the free event to promote harmony and spread good will.
The groups will use money raised for a children’s hospital project and to help Afghan women in the community.
The day also included rides, stalls, dance and music.
