A Doveton motorcyclist will be without their bike for 30 days following Operation Nexus.
The 30-year-old was among 4119 motorists nabbed speeding during the state-wide Easter operation.
Police allegedly detected the rider travelling at 102km/h in a 60 zone on Heatherton Road, Noble Park, and impounded the bike.
They will be summonsed to appear in court in relation to excessive speeding, unlicensed driving, displaying false plates and using an unregistered vehicle.
Nexus also detected more than 550 drink and drug drivers and 352 people using their mobile phone.
Road Policing Command Assistant Commissioner Doug Fryer said it was disappointing that motorists still chose to do the wrong thing when behind the wheel and risk not only their own lives but the lives of others.
Operation Nexus ran from 12.01am on Thursday 29 March until 11.59pm on Monday 2 April.
