Bag-snatch bandits

Police released CCTV footage and asked for public help after thieves snatched a woman’s handbag in Springvale.
Greater Dandenong CIU members are investigating the incident, which occurred in Wales Street about 5.45pm on Monday 26 March.
They said a man approached the 58-year-old victim and stolen her handbag before running towards a white vehicle, which they believe was a distinctive Ford Territory.
They released CCTV stills of a vehicle and of two men who helped the victim after the robbery.
Police believe the men might be able to assist with the investigation and urged them to make contact.
