A traffic expert will talk about road congestion and migrant driver education at a Noble Park Community Action Forum meeting next month.

Dave Turner, the RACV’s roads and traffic manager, will also answer questions.

Cr Roz Blades, a member of the forum, last week raised a potential topic: the recent case of a paramedic’s ambulance waiting about eight minutes for three trains to pass at Heatherton Road’s level crossing in Noble Park.
