Missing man Damien Roberts was last seen in Dandenong.
Police are appealing for public help to find the 37-year-old.
He was last seen at a business on Leslie Street about 2pm on Thursday 3 August.
Mr Roberts is believed to be travelling in a white Holden Commodore wagon with registration TCO 427.
Police have concerns for his welfare as he suffers from a medical condition.
They released an image of him in the hope that someone can provide information regarding his whereabouts.
Police urged anyone who sees Mr Roberts to call Melton police on 9747 7999.
