
A DANDENONG North home was destroyed by fire last weekend with several people taken to hospital for treatment.
Firefighters said the house fire in Oberon Street, Dandenong North, broke out at 5.30pm on Saturday.
The fire damaged several rooms and caused significant fire and smoke damage to the remaining rooms.
Several of the home’s occupants were transported to Dandenong Hospital for treatment.
The exact cause of the fire is being investigated
The Dandenong Country Fire Authority, including its rescue unit, along with Hallam crews and paramedics attended the scene.
