QUINNY has done it again! DINGLEY coach Adam Quinn bagged another 13 goals against LYNDALE at Souter Oval on the weekend, taking his season tally to 37 from just three games.
But after kicking 13 goals and nine points, could inaccuracy cost Quinn a week in the magoos?
For the sake of not disturbing the dust-laden record books, let’s hope Quinny doesn’t kick straight this Saturday!

STILL on Dingley, one Out of Bounds spy suggested that not all Dingoes officials are keen on extra players stacking the PARKMORE team.
With plenty of spare players (now that some winning success has been found) sitting on the sidelines every week, the SFL has suggested the Dingoes help out the shipwrecked Pirates.
Whatever happened to that mercy rule?

DANDENONG Demons defender Chris Hawken gave one of the goal-umpires an almighty spray during the game against SANDOWN Cobras on Saturday.
The goal, which was clearly a goal, prompted Hawken to question whether or not the umpire had a financial investment in the division three game.
The insult prompted an interesting behind-the-goal conversation amongst the crowd, who pondered the possibilities of the TAB framing a market on the SFL.

THE Sandown crowd at Edinburgh Reserve was ruthless on Saturday. One poor Dandenong player, who had just been poleaxed in a bone-crunching collision, began to cramp as he finally got to his feet.
When he fell to the ground for the second time, one creative supporter suggested that he be given the same treatment that a broken-down racehorse receives.
“I’ll go back the trailer in,” was his final remark.

LYNDALE has been savaged by injuries to Russell Weeding and Scott Miller, two of the club’s best midfielders.
Both are finished for the season after tearing anterior-cruciate ligaments.
Miller will have surgery on his knee next month and Weeding is still waiting on scans to confirm the diagnosis.

CONGRATULATIONS go to loyal DOVETON servants Brad Downe and Matt Miller who both play their 200th club game this Saturday against KEYSBOROUGH.
Both players are well known in the competition.
Downe is a respected champion defender and Miller as an often-underrated playmaker, who has annoyed opponents at both ends of the ground (and crowds) for more than 10 years.
They both earn life membership of the club this weekend.
