A senior constable has been charged with unlawful assault, speeding and false imprisonment, following an incident in Cranbourne on August 27 last year.
The officer, from Victoria’s southern metro region, was charged after an investigation by the ethical standards department, and will appear at Dandenong Magistrates Court on July 3.
