ALL things customised, vintage, rock ’n’ roll and retro are on their way to Springvale.
GreazeFest Kustom Kulture Festival will feature live bands and DJs, market stalls, kustom art displays, fashion parades and more than 700 hot rods.

Searching for calm
HERITAGE Hill’s Benga House has two new exhibitions – Vacant Spaces by Janine Durston and Voice-Of-Three by Connie Hatch, Jennifere Thompson and Aarron Ralston.
Vacant Spaces evolved as a form of art therapy. The vacant spaces on the canvas represent the moments of calm and peace the artist was searching for amid chaos of thoughts and emotions.
Voice-Of-Three is the collective photographic work of three artists and students from Chisholm TAFE.

Scissors and glue
CUT, Paste, Create is an exhibition showcasing collage works from five artists.
Tom Fantl, Helen Gory, Malcolm Lloyd, Jacqui Stockdale and Heidi Yardley cut and paste to create the artworks the old-fashioned way.

Jewellery, cards and cleaning
Heritage Hill is hosting workshops for adults in coming weeks.
Jewellery revamping with Melbourne jeweller Emma Grace will run from 10am to 1pm on Tuesday 29 April.
All materials will be provided for card-making with Mandy K from 10am to 1pm on Tuesday 20 May, and Green-Clean: Homemade cleaning products with Clare James will celebrate World Environment Day from 10am to noon on Thursday 5 June.

Dandenong RSL will mark Anzac Day with a Dawn Service and march.
The dawn service starts at 5.45am at the Pillars of Freedom on Clow Street, Dandenong.

Storytime
GREATER Dandenong libraries host Storytime for kids aged four and over.

U3A Karaoke
UNIVERSITY of the Third Age (U3A) hosts afternoons of fun and music from the ’50s, ’60s and ’70s in Noble Park.
U3A Karaoke is for people over 55 no longer working full-time. There are more than 1200 songs to choose from, competitions, giveaways and dress-up days.

Cemetery tours
FRIENDS of Dandenong Cemeteries lead tours through Dandenong Community Cemetery to discover the final resting places of the area’s pioneers and share their stories.
The tour runs for 90 minutes and includes a light afternoon tea.
