POLICE investigating a fatal stabbing in Noble Park have arrested two men.
The fatal stabbing of 51-year-old Lachhman Singh at a Noble Park boarding home last week prompted a nationwide police search for two men.
Police this week arrested Ronald Robertson and Glen Fox in the suburb of Marsden Park, north-west of Sydney.
Both men are in custody at the Mount Drouitt Police Station assisting police with inquiries.
Victoria Police Homicide Squad detectives will travel to New South Wales to seek the extradition of Mr Fox and Mr Robertson.
Lachhman Singh was found dead at 4.30pm on Monday 24 September at a Princes Highway boarding house in Noble Park.
Police said he had suffered stab wounds to his upper body.
