A NOBLE Park man was stabbed in the head and abdomen on Boxing Day.
The stabbing happened at 3.15am on 26 December at a house in Briarfield Road. Police said the man, aged in his 20s, was in his room when another man entered and stabbed him in the head and abdomen.
The injured man staggered from the house and was found near a driveway at a neighbour’s house. He was taken to The Alfred hospital with serious injuries.
Police set up a crime scene at the house and forensic experts have examined the area. Anyone with any information is asked to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
