Central sites are to be auctioned

PRIME land in Dandenong is again up for grabs.
VicUrban announced last week that it would auction a large commercial and office development site on three titles on the newly realigned Cheltenham Road.
Andrew Birks, from VicUrban said the start of works for the Revitalising Central Dandenong project, the opening of EastLink and the new residential development of Metro Village 3175 offered a good opportunity to take advantage of the city’s renewal and growth, Mr Birks said.
Lots 407D-407E and 408 Cheltenham Road were to be auctioned on site yesterday (Wednesday).
