THE CITY of Greater Dandenong will write to VicRoads requesting an update on the progress status of the right-turn signal at a Keysborough intersection.
Councillor Ros Blades raised the motion at Tuesday night’s council meeting.
“We need to reiterate the request that the Chandler Road and Cheltenham Road intersection needs suitable resolutions to the traffic issues,” she said.
“It is a busy intersection and now other drivers are using roads like Cochrane Avenue instead.”
The council has written to VicRoads following the opening of EastLink and is yet to receive any indication of pending investigations.
