POLICE want to speak to a man who exposed himself in Dandenong this week.
A 17-year-old Keysborough girl was walking through Robert Booth Reserve at about 2pm on Sunday 7 February when a man rode past her on his bicycle.
The man then did a U-turn and rode towards her.
She saw he was not wearing any pants and he was touching himself.
Police said the man was last seen riding his bicycle on Heatherton Road.
He is described as being of Indian appearance, skinny, aged between 25 and 30 with short dark hair parted in the middle.
He had a thick Indian sounding accent and a lumpy skin condition on his hands, arms and face.
